Brandons B day dinner and Our little FHE

Here are some random pictures.

Chase cuddeling up to Curtis and watching some t.v.

Chase would not get off uncle Aaron's dirt bike. he loves sitting on motorcycles and making the engine noise...it is funny, he even pretends too be a bike and race around the house.

Here is our little Family home evening. With kids we usually go on a walk or something, but this evening we played in the backyard, colored our pumpkin and decorated cup cakes.

Chaser giving E kisses because he was sad. I love my boys!!!

Chaser is showing you his brother...as you can tell Chase does not like to get dressed so in a lot of my pics he is usually wearing slim to no clothes.

Oh boys!!! One of many more posts with our cousins

Like I said in my last post I have Kaden and Brendon a couple of days a week and I seem to take a lot of pics when they are here. So here is one post of many more to come!

Brendon seems to do this stand a lot lately. Ethan is looking at him like he is crazy

The boys pretending to take a nap ...Pretending is the key word here...very rarely do they get good naps, we have too much fun!

"What's gonna work? Team work!" Kaden is a big helper with the other little ones

You can not really tell but Chase is shooting his water gun here...he is really into getting the bad guys I have to keep telling him mommy is not a bad guy.

Having fun!

I am not very good at this whole blog thing and I keep saying that I am going to get better at updating it and keep failing to do so. But while the babies are sleeping I am going to do a real quick post. Just an update on our little family...Curtis is staying busy with school, work and scouts. Next semester is even going to be worse just because he is taking five classes (not looking forward to that at all)! Me and the boys just hang out during the day and play! A couple days a week I get to watch Kaden and Brendon (my nephews) and that is always fun. We have our stressed out moments (four boys all under 4 gets kind of crazy) but it is fun having the boys be close cousins, and now that Aaron and Alicia live a mile away we get to see them a lot more! Chase is 20 months (when I say that the people with out kids always say the same remark "Why is it that everyone with kids do the whole month thing why can't you just say he is almost two?") and he is learning to put little sentences together. It is funny to hear his chopped up sentences. He is such a little boy, totally into motorcycles and getting the bad guys, I guess it helps too that we have all boy cousins (on both sides of the family). But he so fun! Ethan is almost seven months! He is getting big so fast! I can not believe it! He is sitting up and rolls every where. He is a cute baby (of course I am going to say that I am his mom, but really he is!) he is a little high maintenance always wants to be played with, he is getting a little bit easier everday! Chase and E are funny with each other. They are starting to interact with each other and laugh with one another so it is cute! Well the boys are starting to wake so I better end this before it is too late. Here are just a few pics.

Me and the boys...not a very attractive picture

Fun night with the Waters Family

The other night Curtis had some family in town so we all went to the Spaghetti Factory (which is so freaking good) then we went on the light rail. Curtis and I have never been on it so it was exciting. I think all the people on the light rail that ride in everyday probably thought I was nuts taking all these pictures, oh well. It was a lot of fun, but being on it for two hours when you have a child who wants some milk and go to bed and your other baby is hungry for some boob, it got kind of chaotic. I felt bad for all the people sitting around us. But thanks for the fun night!!

waiting to get on the train...Curtis does not know how to take pics... he needed to bend down

Fourth of July

To start our wonderful fourth of July day off, I was doing my hair and in walks Chaser, well I put my straightener down and Chase grabbed it and burned his two fingers. He cried for a hour and a half. He was crying so hard that he would pass our for a second and then the pain would come back and he would flip out again. It was so sad. Finally after trying forever to keep it in some water we had the brilliant idea to run over to Aaron and Alicia's house and put him in the pool. Finally he stopped crying and felt a little better, since his hand was always in water. That night we had a little get together with Curtis brother and brother in law at our house. Since we can see the Peoria Sports Complex fire works from our house we did not have to go any where, so that was nice. We had a fun night!

Chase's finger blistered up the pic does not do justice on how yucky it looked

Over the past few months

Ethan is getting so big. He has now turned three months and is smiling up a storm. He will coo and try to talk to you and he is even starting to do little chuckles. He is so cute. Chase loves him, he cant say Ethan so his new name has been changed to "E". Over Memorial Day Weekend we went to the water park where they have water shooting out of the ground and things to crawl all over while the water shoots out...Chase had a blast. Next, we went to Duncan Arizona because Curtis aunt was getting married. We love Don and Sterling so the 5 hour drive was worth it. It was at Curtis uncles house and he kind of lives on a farm with some really cool animals so Chase was all over the place, he loved chasing chickens. A couple days ago Chase starting getting all these spots on him, I thought it was just bug bites, but the next day he woke up with them all over his body, it was really ugly looking. Then the day after that they were worse and his eyes were all swollen, so I took him to the doctor and they said they were hives. So Chaser is allergic to something but we had nothing out of the ordinary so we have to be careful and watch him now. Last weekend we went to Lake Padagona with all Curtis family. We had to take the boat out to where we were camping and Chase hated the boat. He would flip out when you would put him in it. Camping is no longer very fun and relaxing when you have two babies to take care of and watch out for. Maybe since it was a lake so I had to watch Chaser at all times, but it was a stressful trip. What else...I quit my job being a nanny and I now watch my nephews a couple of days a week. Curtis is getting ready to start a new project at work and is really excited. We have been in our home for a year now this month and we are just now painting and getting pictures up. So our home is starting to look like an actual home. I have been doing this blog since Friday morning...and it is now Saturday morning, I have had to stop so many times, so before I get interrupted again I am going to finish.

Always so happy

Ethan is such a smiley boy

We went to the water park on Memorial Day and had a blast

It is so hard to get a one year old to take pics

My sister in law wanted to get all the grand kids together and take a picture for my mother in law. Lets just say that those 3o min were out of control! trying to get a two and one year old to take some pictures and cooperate with one another is so hard. when one is smiling the other one is mad or not looking at the camera...it was tough. but we managed. Then I had the lady take some of just my boys and that was just as hard. Ethan just sits there he is easy but Chase...they should not put all those toys in the room where they are taking pictures, he just wanted to play. It was tough and something I am not looking forward to again. I love the one of Ethan smiling. He slept the whole time just sitting in that chair... she just happen to get one of him smiling, in all the other ones he looks like a blob or something.

I feel like having two kids is completely different than having one...I feel different. I really do not know how to put it...and maybe it is just the stage Ethan is in right now. I feel like I am totally a different person, I do not know how to explain it...but I love my kids! They are the best. When ever I am having a bad day or feeling stressed out Chase just seems to know and does something silly to make me smile, or holding Ethan makes me really think how lucky I am. I love them, they are amazing and so much fun! Having two babies is definitely trying at times but I really would not have it any other way, Chase is in such a fun stage and Ethan is starting to smile at you and give you some sort of sense that he knows who we are. These kids have definitly changed me and made me realize the important things in life. We could not be more happy here!
